The Italian Book Corporation, De Martino Italian Music Corporations are NOT members of The American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers, (ASCAP), BMI, SESAC. Our Copyrighted  "Works" are NOT Authorized, Utilized under the ASCAP, BMI SESAC Contracts. In 1972 IBC was granted & authorized by The United States Copyright Tribunal to maintain it's Independence and is therefore entitled to represent itself, as it's own Italian Music Society of Composers and Copyright Holders. and License it's own  Licensees, Subscribers, Members & Affiliates.
